I don’t believe that every woman needs the same thing. My goal is to teach you how to create a toolkit that matches your unique needs and your body’s.

Depending on what you learn about your body’s needs, you might want to get some specific dried herbs for tea and other plants you can find in your town.
However, you will learn different ways to reduce your own PMS - and there are many ways without herbs or supplements.
Everything in this course can be practiced without buying any extra equipment or herbs. It is up to you if you want to try some of the herbs that are a match to you.

This is a self-paced course, which means you are in complete control of your time and schedule.
Taking the course will take about 10 hours in total - so you get to choose whether you want to go over it during a weekend or space it out during the month.
Taking care of your cycle naturally and sustainably takes longer than taking an over-the-counter pill.
This means that you won’t see all the results immediately after going through the course. You will need to consistently apply what you have learned, and the results will take between 1 to 3 months to be fully felt.

Since we aim at finding natural solutions for underlying imbalances of the pre-menstrual syndrome, this course will help you find ways to find relief for your PMS symptoms.
