For 3 months, we will go over the different hormonal systems of a woman’s body.

I will give you the tools to reconnect with your body so you can unlock a level of health that goes so much deeper than the basic health trends.

We will take a somatic approach to help you understand and speak the language of your body, no matter what the signals are.

We will get you equipped with tools and exercises you can use in any season of your life to foster a peaceful relationship with your body and hormones.

The time to mindlessly follow “cool” internet advice is over.

It doesn’t matter how many things you try. If you don’t know how to understand the language of your body, you will depend on luck to find what works for you.
